The 6th of the Professional Development Workshops for the 2024-2025 academic year was held. We planned this event by taking into account the issues and professional development needs identified as a result of the needs analysis conducted for our SFL lecturers.
The workshop, with the support of the trainer, Dear Mahdis ROSTAMZADEH from Oxford University Press, was held face-to-face on 28 May 2025 at 10.30-11.30 in the hall SFL304 of the School of Foreign Languages building.
We aimed to:
- Revisit HKU SFL peer observation implementation
- Foster collaboration among SFL team members
- Encourage autonomy and agency through self-reflection
- Encourage adaptability and innovation
- Sustain long-term development through mutual learning and support
