To complete your summer school registration process, you must strictly follow the steps below in the exact signing order specified:
📑 Registration and Approval Steps:

Filling Out the Application Form: First, please fill out the Summer School Registration Form available on our website: 👉 https://ydy.hku.edu.tr/formlar-ve-dilekceler/#yaz-okulu-kayit-formu While filling out the form, please enter “Upper-Intermediate” in the Class/Department section, and “Öğr. Gör. Simge YILMAZ” in the Advisor section.

Signature and Approval: After paying the summer school fee, you must obtain signatures on your application form from the following individuals and departments in this exact order:

Step 1: Summer School Student (Your own signature)

Step 2: Öğr. Gör. Simge YILMAZ (Advisor)

Step 3: Directorate of Financial Affairs and Purchasing

Step 4: Directorate of Student Affairs

Document Submission: Once all the above signatures are complete, finalize your registration by submitting the form to the Secretariat of the School of Foreign Languages.
⚠️ Important Note: To avoid any disruption in the process, it is mandatory to respect the signing order and follow the steps in the exact sequence stated above. Forms with missing signatures will not be accepted by the secretariat.
The summer school course fee for the School of Foreign Languages has been set at 89,600 TL.
